You are fearfully and wonderfully made! 
 
You are Gods treasure! 
 
God has not forgotten or forsaken you at any point this year.
Hold onto these truths and when you look in the mirror just remember that to those around you as well as to God, you are a star!
 
Every time you care for others and show Gods love you are a star! 
For every encouragement you have given to family friends neighbours colleagues you are a star!  
 
Be encouraged this Christmas!
 
If you know and love Jesus Christ, the sparkle that you get through this can be spread to others, so be a bright and shining star this Christmas never doubting that God can use you in all situations.

Billingshurst Primary School staff are Stars of Christmas 2020!

After what has been a very difficult year for everyone, we think Billingshurst Primary School staff (and children) are stars! The school has needed to find new ways of running to keep staff, children and the community safe this year. They've had to adapt to remote learning, as well as changing the way they teach in class. They've had to be creative and flexible to ensure every child has the best opportunity to learn and feel safe. On top of all this they are having to deal with the emotional and mental impact 2020 has had on the children (as well as the staff and families). Every single staff member has worked tirelessly, and in very challenging circumstances, to make the experience at school as normal as possible for all the children. Both the staff and children have all shown such resilience and dedication this year. …the children at St. Mary’s Church! Through the long months of lockdown and beyond, their response to the Explorers videos has been a constant source of encouragement and hope to me. Text messages, pictures of artwork and video clips have come rolling into the Vicarage hub, demonstrating time and again that children often have the most profound insights into the ways of God and that we as adults have a lot to learn from them.
